Payroll Specialist ( ADP WFN a MUST )

Responsibilities

• Create wage and management reports, including workers compensation
• Assure payroll deductions/garnishments for employee contributions
• Process year end information
• Ensure accurate processing utilizing ADP WFN, reconciliation and recordkeeping of multi-state payroll
• Overall responsibility for system management and compliance
• Help with payroll related projects, including continuous development of processes that are scalable and support the company's growth
• Research discrepancies of payroll information on a timely basis to ensure accuracy and prior to processing
• Perform analysis, generate reports, and assist the HR and Finance team with special projects

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 2+ years of Payroll Management Experience including Payroll Processing
• ADP WFN Experience
• Able to process a weekly payroll cycle for approximately 500 hourly and salaried employees
• Bilingual Spanish a Plus
