Payroll Specialist 2

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll for multiple union groups across various entities and states
• Maintain union wage rates, deductions, and benefit schedules within payroll systems
• Prepare union dues, benefit payments, and required monthly reporting
• Perform payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting using Excel
• Partner with operations and project teams to validate payroll and timekeeping data
• Support month-end payroll reporting and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Experience processing union payroll, including dues, benefits, and reporting requirements
• High-volume payroll processing experience in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Experience with payroll/ERP systems, preferably IFS and/or Paylocity

Pay & Benefits

$70,000 - $75,000 + bonus
