About the role
Responsible for managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws and company policies.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state payroll laws.
- Experience with payroll software such as ADP or Gusto.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
