About the role
The ideal candidate for this role will be located near one of our hubs: Austin, TX; Nashville, TN, Burlington, VT, Cherry Hill, NJ, Rochester, NY, Tampa, FL, or Santa Ana, CA.
Responsibilities
- Self-generating and managing marketing generated leads to build a solid pipeline that assures quota attainment
- Setting up calls and meetings with decision makers primarily owners and senior executives
- Presenting the values of a partnership with Asure beyond just product features and functionality during all phases of the sales cycle
- Understanding the prospect’s business needs and market challenges
- Negotiating sound financial agreements which are win-win solutions for Asure and clients
- Conducting product demonstrations and presenting the value of partnering with Asure with prospects and reseller clients
- Diligently recording sales activities in Sales Force and providing accurate and realistic sales projections
- Aiding new resellers in their onboarding to Asure Clients by providing sales training, product training, helping to set up demo sites, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years consultative software sales experience
- Experience selling a Payroll, HCM or TLM SaaS solution preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Disciplined and self-motivated to exceed quota
- Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
- Proven relationship building and client service skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, yielding exceptional results
- Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales
- Experience with Salesforce.com, SalesLoft and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Zoom or other comparable tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven track record of consistent over-achievement of assigned sales quota

Pay
The base salary for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package also includes an uncapped commission structure.
