About the role

We are currently accepting applications for a Payroll Clerk / Personnel Department Head within our long-term care and rehab facility specializing in geriatrics. This position requires dedication to a job well done, dependability, flexibility, accountability, and a positive attitude is a must. Must enjoy working with our residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Processing payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Aiding with employee inquiries and providing administrative support to department leaders.
• Initiating processing of invoices/accounts payables.
• Maintaining and balancing patient trust account to ensure facility compliance.

Requirements

• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Previous experience in payroll, accounts payable or healthcare administration required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency with computer systems and payroll software a plus.
