Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
- Support payroll operations across multiple entities or locations as needed
- Administer and troubleshoot GHR Benefits, ACA reporting, and Absence Management functions
- Manage and monitor interface files between payroll and upstream/downstream systems
- Provide subject matter expertise and hands-on support for CloudSuite implementation or optimization initiatives
- Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues and process gaps
- Document workflows and support knowledge transfer as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll administration or management experience, preferably in healthcare or a multi-entity environment
- Proficiency with Infor Lawson v10 or Infor CloudSuite HCM
- Strong knowledge of GHR Benefits, ACA compliance, Absence Management, and interface file management
- Experience supporting or leading CloudSuite projects a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to ramp quickly and work independently in a contract capacity
