Payroll Administration
- Process and oversee bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees
- Review payroll data, including hours, deductions, garnishments, and adjustments
- Manage payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, and pay rate updates
- Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies before payroll deadlines
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Leadership & Oversight
- Provide day-to-day supervision of payroll operations
- Serve as the escalation point for payroll-related issues
- Train and support payroll staff and cross-functional team members
- Review work for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
- Develop and maintain payroll procedures and best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Systems & Collaboration
- Maintain employee records across payroll, HR, and timekeeping systems
- Administer payroll through ADP Workforce Now
- Support payroll system enhancements and upgrades
- Partner with HR and Accounting to ensure accurate employee and payroll data
- Respond to employee payroll and deduction inquiries
Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of payroll experience, including payroll processing and oversight
- Prior lead, senior payroll, or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience processing payroll for approximately 200 employees
- Strong knowledge of payroll deductions, garnishments, and benefits
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or similar payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
