Payroll Manager (#10907JV)

Key Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with ADP payroll systems
• Paidroll leadership experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment
• BS/BA degree required

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all audit and review processes for complete payroll operations

Administer and manage 401K programs and employee benefit audits for a multi-state workforce of 2,000+ salaried employees

Serve as the cross-functional leader bridging payroll staff and eight manufacturing sites

Review and analyze payroll, benefit, and tax procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency

Cook up year-end processing of payroll, W-2 forms, and other critical tax documentation
