About the Opportunity

The Payroll & HR Operations Manager plays a vital role in managing comprehensive payroll processes and HR operations. This position ensures payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective communication with centers, leadership, and employees. The role supports scalable workforce planning and overall HR strategy execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll administration using the Paylocity suite
• Administer garnishments, deductions, holiday, and weather pay
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Provide HR system support and maintain administrative functions
• Support employee engagement and leadership initiatives
• Contribute to workforce planning and HR strategy scalability

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 2–4 years of payroll processing and HR administration experience, preferably in multi-site or multi-state environments
• Strong knowledge of payroll principles, multi-state pay laws, garnishment, and payroll deduction compliance
• Experience with Paylocity preferred; familiarity with other HRIS/payroll platforms valued
• Understanding of E-Verify and employment regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems like BOX
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving skills, and high discretion handling confidential information
