Payroll Operations Manager

One of our manufacturing clients is looking for an experienced Payroll Operations Manager to support and improve payroll operations at their facility in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Manage payroll schedules, deductions, adjustments, and related updates.
• Review and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Work with Finance and Accounting to support accurate payroll reporting.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit required payroll reports.
• Coordinate with third-party providers on tax filings and year-end activities.
• Stay informed about payroll regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR data management and payroll coordination.
• Hands-on experience processing payroll through ADP and working with third-party payroll providers.
• Experience with HR/payroll systems.
