Payroll Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Payroll, HR, and People Systems teams
• Lead payroll issue resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Oversee payroll testing, validation, and parallel run execution
• Ensure compliance with U.S. payroll regulations and best practices

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of SAP Payroll / ECP experience in an SME capacity
• 3–5 years supporting or leading payroll implementations
• Strong expertise in U.S. payroll processing and compliance
