Payroll & Equity Specialist (1146032)

About the role

Payroll & Equity Specialist opportunity with a growing company. This role is heavily focused on equity compensation administration and payroll taxation, while also supporting broader payroll operations. Full-time, direct hire position.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll-related equity events, including RSU vesting, stock option exercises, and ESPP transactions
• Reconcile equity activity between stock plan and payroll systems
• Ensure accurate payroll tax withholding and reporting for equity transactions
• Perform payroll and general ledger reconciliations
• Support multi-state payroll processing and compliance as a backup to the Payroll Manager

Requirements

• 3+ years of payroll experience
• Experience with equity compensation (RSUs, stock options, ESPP, stock-based compensation)
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, W-2 reporting, and payroll compliance
• Experience supporting multi-state payroll
• Public company experience preferred
• UKG, NetSuite, or equity administration platform experience is a plus

Pay

$100,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually
