Right At School- Hiring Payroll Coordinator As a Payroll Coordinator, You Will Act as a System Administrator and subject matter expert for all payroll-related questions in Right at School’s payroll platformTrain new managers on how to approve timesheets complete payroll related tasks within the systemMaintain company and employee records within all Right at School systemsAnswer payroll-related questions from both employees and managersPartner with managers to collect and verify timesheets on a bi-weekly basisIssue paychecks to all Right at School employeesProduce Payroll reports & interpret data for management and auditing purposesFinalize expense reports for the company each payrollAdminister Pay Cards to managers, training them on pay card policiesIssue final-paychecks while adhering to Right at School’s policies and payroll lawsEnsure Right at School remains in compliance with all payroll-related laws What We Are Looking For 2+ years’ experience in a professional work environment, customer service experience is a plusSomeone with critical thinking skills, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detailSomeone who isn’t afraid to ask questions & solve problems creativelyA passionate, life-long learnerAn individual who can maintain strict confidentialityAn analytical mind and proficient math skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenActive and empathetic listening skillsFamiliarity with payroll processes, including compliance & tax laws is a plus, but not requiredComfortable with Excel and data interpretationProven history of process improvement & time-saving efficiencies
