About the role
Payroll Compliance Specialists are responsible for ensuring that payroll processes comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Review and update payroll policies to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
- Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address compliance issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration or similar field.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with payroll software systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
