Pay

$55,000–$65,000

Responsibilities

• Process beginning-to-end semi-monthly payroll cycle for multi-state employees to ensure timely completion
• Prepare payroll reporting internally and externally
• Assist in commission review and calculations
• Address payroll inquiries from employees and management
• Analyze payroll issues and provide appropriate action plans
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable state and federal wage and labor laws
• Ensure documentation is retained per legal requirements and company policy

Requirements

• 3+ years of California payroll experience (required)
• 2+ years of payroll dealership experience (preferred)
• College Degree (preferred but not required)
• Experience processing payroll in Paylocity (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, etc.)
