About the role

The Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance Specialist will support payroll processing, employee benefits administration, compliance reporting, and key finance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supports payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to federal and state regulations.
  • Administers employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other programs.
  • Reports on compliance, maintaining records and ensuring all policies are followed.
  • Affirms financial compliance processes, assisting in risk management documentation and travel reimbursement.
  • Provides support that positively impacts both employees and the families served by the agency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
