About the role
The Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance Specialist will support payroll processing, employee benefits administration, compliance reporting, and key finance operations.
Responsibilities
- Supports payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to federal and state regulations.
- Administers employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other programs.
- Reports on compliance, maintaining records and ensuring all policies are followed.
- Affirms financial compliance processes, assisting in risk management documentation and travel reimbursement.
- Provides support that positively impacts both employees and the families served by the agency.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in payroll, benefits, or compliance.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
