Qualifications

- Coordinated with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll accounts, prepare reports, and support budgeting and audit activities.
- Interpreted and applied collective bargaining agreement provisions related to wages, overtime, shift differentials, leave accruals, and employee benefits.
- Generated and analyzed payroll, workforce, and financial reports to support organizational decision-making and regulatory compliance.
- Ensured confidential handling of employee, payroll, and personnel information in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborated with leadership, department managers, and union representatives to address workforce and payroll-related matters.
- Utilized HRIS, payroll, and financial management systems to improve data accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Maintained compliance with workplace safety requirements and professional certifications, including CPR, AED, and First Aid training when required.
Pay & Benefits
The starting annual salary range for the position is $32.35 to $45.15 DOQ.
