Key Responsibilities

  • Process full-cycle payroll for 170+ employees through Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, and related offerings
  • Manage benefits within a self-funded health plan structure, including tracking and reconciling payments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, including complex questions related to HSA, FSA, and insurance coverage
  • Maintain and manage relationships with external benefits vendors, including health insurance providers
  • Lead the annual open enrollment process through the HRIS system
  • Partner with HR and leadership to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
  • Hands-on experience with Paylocity HRIS strongly preferred
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and navigating benefit platforms
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and benefit plan administration

Pay

$70,000 – $80,000
