About the role

Responsible for managing payroll and benefits processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Process employee timecards and generate paychecks
  • Administer health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits programs
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in payroll and benefits administration
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
