About the role
Responsible for managing payroll and benefits processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Process employee timecards and generate paychecks
- Administer health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits programs
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
