Job Description

The Payroll and Benefits Manager will manage full-cycle payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

This Payroll and Benefits Manager will oversee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee communications.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations as a key Payroll and Benefits Manager.

Partner with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate employee data and reporting.

Manage audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements within payroll and benefits functions.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of payroll and benefits experience
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compliance regulations
  • Experience with benefits administration and employee support
  • Proficiency in payroll systems (ADP or similar strongly preferred)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
