Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end U.S. multi-state payroll with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
- Manage payroll for 2,000+ employees across multiple states
- Utilize ADP GlobalView (SAP-SuccessFactors) for payroll processing and ADP Workforce Manager for timekeeping
- Oversee payroll including:
- Gross-to-net calculations
- Tax filings and payments
- Garnishments
- Employee payments
- Handle complex payroll activities such as:
- Terminations
- Adjustments and corrections
- Tax amendments and reporting
- Serve as a key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and vendors
- Support ongoing system updates, integrations, and process improvements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity
- 5+ years of U.S. payroll experience, including multi-state payroll
- Hands-on experience with ADP (GlobalView SAP - SuccessFactors must have) and ADP Workforce Manager Time solution.
- Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations, filings, and compliance
- Proven ability to ensure payroll accuracy at scale
- Experience handling garnishments, terminations, and payroll adjustments
- Advanced Excel and strong technical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in large, complex organizations or scaling teams
- Exposure to system integrations or payroll transitions
- Exposure to large-scale payroll operations

Compensation
Your starting compensation range is $71,900 to $104,300 USD, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We also follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements, so everything’s above board.
