The position of Payroll Administrator is available for a mission-driven organization based in the United States. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting accurate and efficient payroll operations
- Maintaining data accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Providing excellent service to employees, leaders, and external partners
- Handling sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Improving payroll processes and contributing to organizational impact
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of relevant payroll experience
- Experience supporting payroll preparation, balancing, internal controls, and payroll tax processes
- Knowledge of payroll regulations, wage and hour laws, benefits deductions, and leave administration
- Experience with payroll systems, especially UKG Ready
- Non-profit organization experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, leaders, and external vendors
