About the role

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing including direct deposit, tax withholdings, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Handle inquiries from employees regarding their pay and benefits.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.
  • Knowledge of federal and state tax laws.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Schedule
