Responsibilities
- Process labor corrections in Costpoint
- Reconcile labor each payroll cycle
- Conduct monthly audits of benefit deductions
- Process quarterly disability benefits
- Monitor and maintain timesheet floor checks
- Prepare affiliated GL account reconciliations
- Back up semi-monthly labor, leave, and payroll processing
- Afford assistance with W-2 year-end function and new hire employee orientation
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's Degree (Business or Accounting)
- Minimum 2 years payroll experience in Government contracting environment
- 2 years of Costpoint experience
- Detailed oriented with strong organizational, analytical thinking and computer skills (Excel)
- Working knowledge of accounting concepts and ability to create journal entries and reconciliations
- Experience with Employee Central Payroll desired
- Must work under general supervision and follow standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks
Pay Range
Virginia, Pay Transparency Salary range: USD $75,000.00/Yr. - USD $110,000.00/Yr.
