Responsibilities

  • Process labor corrections in Costpoint
  • Reconcile labor each payroll cycle
  • Conduct monthly audits of benefit deductions
  • Process quarterly disability benefits
  • Monitor and maintain timesheet floor checks
  • Prepare affiliated GL account reconciliations
  • Back up semi-monthly labor, leave, and payroll processing
  • Afford assistance with W-2 year-end function and new hire employee orientation

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business or Accounting)
  • Minimum 2 years payroll experience in Government contracting environment
  • 2 years of Costpoint experience
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational, analytical thinking and computer skills (Excel)
  • Working knowledge of accounting concepts and ability to create journal entries and reconciliations
  • Experience with Employee Central Payroll desired
  • Must work under general supervision and follow standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks

Pay Range

Virginia, Pay Transparency Salary range: USD $75,000.00/Yr. - USD $110,000.00/Yr.
