Key Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with general ledger entries related to payroll.
• Prepare and file payroll tax reports and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes related to payroll.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in payroll accounting or general accounting.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems, tax regulations, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Location: Elkhart, IN (100% onsite)

Salary: $68,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
