About the role

Responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and analyzing payroll data.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing including tax calculations and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Knowledge of payroll software and tax laws.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
