Responsibilities
- Handle payroll accounting, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and GL entries
- Manage PTO/vacation reserve tracking and year-end vacation payouts
- Process cash clearing transactions and employee stock purchase reconciliations
- Prepare and post payroll-related journal entries to the general ledger
- Reconcile payroll accounts, including wages payable, taxes, and benefits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of payroll accounting experience in an enterprise environment
- Full ownership of: General ledger accounting, Accruals, Reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills: Pivot tables, Power Query
- Financial modeling
- SAP S/4HANA experience
- BlackLine experience
- Enterprise payroll system experience
Plusses
- ADP GlobalView experience
- SmartCompliance experience
