Payroll Accountant

About the Role

This on-site opportunity in South Bellevue offers a blend of payroll, benefits administration, and accounts payable responsibilities within a collaborative team and a highly automated environment.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for approximately 160 employees across three states, including union employees representing roughly 50% of the workforce.
• Administer payroll taxes, deductions, garnishments, and 401(k) contributions.
• Partner with HR and leadership to review and approve payroll before processing.
• Manage accounts payable activities, including processing approximately 1,000 invoices monthly.
• Reconcile and monitor approximately $150K in monthly corporate credit card transactions.
• Support payroll-related accounting entries, reconciliations, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Union payroll experience.
• Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with Acumatica ERP strongly preferred.

Pay

$83,200 - $93,600
