Payroll Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time, including union payroll requirements.
• Manage multi-state payroll, tax withholdings, garnishments, and compliance reporting.
• Administer payroll-related benefits and 401(k) deductions and reconciliations.
• Process Accounts Payable invoices and maintain vendor payment records.
• Utilize Acumatica to support payroll, AP processing, reporting, and record management.

Qualifications

• Experience processing union and multi-state payroll in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage laws, and 401(k) administration.
• Experience with Accounts Payable and invoice processing; Acumatica experience is highly desirable.
