Payment Strategy Project Intern (Global Payment LATAM)- 2026 Start (MBA)
Responsibilities
Support regional strategy leads to develop comprehensive and forward-thinking payment strategies aligned with overall business objectives and growth goals.
Analyze industry trends and gather market and sector insights to stay updated on developments in the ecommerce and payments industry, market changes, and emerging technologies.
Work closely with key stakeholders to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
Support the successful execution of payment-related initiatives, ensuring timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a MBA, with a background in business administration, finance, or related fields preferred.
- Understanding of payment industry trends and emerging technologies; prior internship experience in investment, consulting, accounting, or finance is a plus.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, with experience in strategic research, data modeling, and business valuation.
- Analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights and strategies, and proficient in interpreting financial statements.
- Project management experience, with a focus on delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; ability to adapt to cross-timezone collaboration in a challenging and flexible work setting.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Hourly) The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $55- $55. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
