Sales & Revenue Growth
- Prospect & Close: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focusing on exceeding revenue and quota goals.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong, healthy pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent deal flow.
- Quota Attainment: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate pricing and contract terms to maximize profitability.
Customer Acquisition & Account Management
- Lead Qualification: Engage inbound and outbound leads, identifying key decision-makers and business needs.
- Customer Consultation: Educate prospects on the benefits of Tekmetric Payments' solutions, conducting product demos and presentations.
- Retention & Expansion: Proactively manage accounts post-sale, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, and Marketing) to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support.
Market Expertise & Industry Engagement
- Payments Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, pricing models, and the competitive landscape within payments and SaaS.
- Statement Analysis: Analyze customer processing statements to present savings and efficiency gains.
- Trade Show & Event Engagement: Attend and represent Tekmetric Integrated Payments annually at 5-10 industry events, networking and prospecting for new business.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Sales Success: Minimum 4 years of B2B payments sales experience with a track record exceeding quota.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in cold calling, in-person prospecting, and lead generation for SMB merchant accounts.
- Payments Knowledge: Deep understanding of integrated payments, merchant processing, and interchange pricing.
- Sales Execution: Experience managing full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing, with 40+ deals per month.
- Statement Analysis: Ability to read and interpret credit card processing statements.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience managing pipeline and sales activity in Salesforce.
