Responsibilities

• Oversee asphalt and grading projects from start to finish
• Manage project teams and ensure adherence to safety standards
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to resolve issues and improve project outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction projects
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience with asphalt and grading techniques
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
