Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate grading and paving crews
- Ensure quality, safety, and productivity on all job sites
- Aid in project planning, scheduling, and budget control
- Read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Oversee materials, equipment, and maintenance
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
- Adapt to weather and schedule changes as needed
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in grading and paving supervision
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Grading
- Valid Driving record
- Clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Able to work outdoors in hot and physically demanding conditions
- Able to travel and work flexible hours as required
- Must pass drug testing
- Must be able to work under the Head of AZ Travel
