Patterns Designer

Job Summary

The Patterns Design Team; Graphic Designer position, is a temporary, contractual employment opportunity that involves producing and designing the annual SC4 Patterns Design publication. Each year, up to three students are selected and are responsible for the publication layout, photography, or illustration. This is a paid, hourly job opportunity.

Responsibilities

• adhere to deadlines
• follow art direction
• attend weekly or bi-weekly meetings from December through April
• maintain a time sheet
• work well with others

Reports to the Professor of Fine Arts; no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at SC4
• Experience in photography, layout, and/or illustration
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign preferred

Pay

$16.00 per hour (Hourly, Non‑exempt)

Schedule

Part‑time contracted; hours not to exceed 56 over the length of the contract.
