Key Responsibilities
- Supervise behavioral health passengers, applying de-escalation and aggression-prevention strategies when necessary.
- Assist facility staff in escorting patients and their belongings to and from the transport vehicle.
- Ensure complete accuracy of all company and patient contact paperwork.
- Maintain responsibility for all vehicle check-off sheets, inventory, and equipment.
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and promote a strong company image.
