Patient Transport (Driver)-Float

Location: Florissant, MO – Full‑Time position.

About the role

Float Drivers will be required to float to any of the 10 different Day Institutes as needed. In this role you will drive company vehicles, making pick‑ups and deliveries between facilities, and assist the Administration team with daily operations. The position supports patients on their rehabilitation journey in an outpatient physical therapy setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely according to the written schedule.
• Maintain vehicles in a clean condition, both interior and exterior.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedule and report problems to a supervisor.
• Assist with transport of furniture and supplies between facilities.
• Transport patients from their homes to designated facilities for appointments.
• Deliver interoffice mail to the appropriate facility at designated times.
• Utilize computer and GPS for route planning and location searches.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Direct patient care experience.
• Class E driver’s license.
• Minimum one year of work experience as a driver.
• Computer proficiency, including use of GPS and route‑planning software.
• Schedule flexibility.

Pay

$18 per hour, with increases based on experience.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday split shift: 6:30 AM – 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
