Patient Transport (Driver)- Float

We are seeking a Patient Transport (Van Driver) to join our outpatient physical therapy team in Lake St. Louis, MO. This full‑time role involves driving company vehicles for patient pick‑ups and deliveries, as well as supporting daily administrative operations.

Compensation

$18 per hour, with increases based on experience.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday split shift: 6:30 AM – 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Flexibility to adjust the schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely according to the written schedule.
• Maintain vehicles in a clean condition, both interior and exterior, at all times.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedule and report any problems to a supervisor.
• Assist with transport of furniture and supplies between facilities.
• Transport patients from their homes to designated facilities for appointments.
• Deliver interoffice mail to the appropriate facility at designated times.
• Utilize a computer to search for directions, location information, and GPS/route planning.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Direct patient care experience.
• Class E driver’s license.
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a driver.
• Computer proficiency, including the ability to use GPS and route‑planning tools.
• Schedule flexibility.
