Patient Technology Technician

Summary

Provides clinical and technical real time support in an onsite virtual health center.

Responsibilities

• Responds to clinical support requests.
• Determines nature and scope of customer issues and takes appropriate response.
• Maintains clinical areas for equipment needing service.
• Escalates issues to higher level technical support or management.
• Performs routine cleaning and inventory.
• Conducts visual inspections on basic medical equipment.
• Follows customer service policies and procedures, and adheres to and improves lean processes.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements

• No education required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum experience: None required.
• Preferred: Telemetry or CNA experience.
• BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
• BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Pay

$18.83 - $28.25 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Schedule

Part Time, 24.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Nights - from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.
