The Patient Support Associate is an integral part of our care team, owning patient relationships and driving a collaborative care plan that impacts patients' lives meaningfully. We're seeking a teammate who excels at understanding unique patient needs, fostering strong connections, and solving problems effectively.
Responsibilities
- Engage with patients to understand their needs and circumstances, offering exceptional service that makes a difference.
- Facilitate seamless interactions between patients and Galileo services and teams, including clinical and administrative functions.
- Handle administrative tasks like processing insurance authorizations and collecting medical records with precision and care.
- Cultivate meaningful connections with patients and team members, paying attention to details and brainstorming innovative solutions.
- Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and initiate changes that enhance operational excellence and patient satisfaction.
Requirements

Pay
Starting hourly rate is $22 per hour based on experience, location, and market dynamics.
Schedule
The role is an in-office position supporting our clinic in Starbase, TX. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm CST with occasional evenings until 8pm CST.
