Patient Specialist - Joplin, MO (1099 Contractor, Per Diem/On Call)
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have: About the role (company overview and role description). Responsibilities (Essential Duties). Requirements (Education/Experience Required, etc). Competencies (list). Possibly Skills? The competencies could be considered Skills. But we can put Competencies as a section heading? The allowed headings list includes Skills. Could map Competencies to Skills. Also we have Work Environment, Physical Demands, Travel, Other Duties. Those could be omitted if not in allowed list? The allowed list includes Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Not work environment. We could omit those sections if not in allowed list, but we must preserve ALL substantive information. However instructions: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Also "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". We can still include sections not in the example list? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive list. Likely we should stick to those headings. So we need to map content to those headings.
We have:
- About the role: company overview and role description (first paragraphs). Could include "The Kestra team has over 400 years..." etc and description of ASSURE Patient Specialist.
- Responsibilities: Essential Duties list.
- Requirements: Education/Experience Required etc.
- Skills: Competencies list (maybe also include preferred knowledge).
- Benefits: The posting mentions "Flexibility of work schedule and competitive pay provided". That's a benefit? Also maybe "paid per fitting position". Could treat as Pay and Schedule? It says "This is a paid per fitting position." and "Flexibility of work schedule and competitive pay provided". So we have Pay and Schedule info. So we can create Pay section: "Paid per fitting position; competitive pay." Schedule: "Flexibility of work schedule; assignments may include daytime, evening, weekend hours."
- Benefits: maybe not explicit besides flexibility and pay. Could omit Benefits if not specific.
We also have Work Environment etc but not in allowed headings; we could omit to keep to allowed sections. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; omitting work environment would lose info. But maybe we can incorporate those details into Responsibilities or Skills? Not ideal. The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It doesn't forbid adding other headings beyond the examples, but the examples are given as possible headings. It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." This suggests we should use those headings; but not strictly prohibited to add others. However to be safe, we can include additional sections like Work Environment, Physical Demands, Travel as separate headings, but they are not in the list; risk of being considered not following instruction. Better to stick to allowed headings and embed other info within those sections where appropriate.
We can embed Work Environment details into Responsibilities or Skills? Maybe under Responsibilities we can add bullet about travel, environment. But the Responsibilities section is for duties; we could add bullet about travel, environment, physical demands as part of duties. That would preserve info.
Similarly, we could put "Other Duties" note under Responsibilities as a bullet.
Thus we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Pay, Schedule.
Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /. Use for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "ASSURE Patient Specialist (APS)". Not to be used as heading.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present.
Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. There's an EEO statement at end: "Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc does not discriminate...". That's boilerplate; remove it.
Also remove duplicated lines: The first paragraph about Kestra team appears twice; we should keep only once.
Now craft content.
About the role: combine company overview and role description.
Paragraph: "The Kestra team has over 400 years of experience in the external and internal cardiac medical device markets. The company is innovating versatile ways to deliver care, helping patients and care teams monitor, manage, and protect life."
Then role: "The ASSURE Patient Specialist (APS) conducts patient fitting activities in support of the sales organization and the team of Regional Clinical Advisors (RCA). Serving as the local patient care representative, the APS provides effective and efficient patient fittings for the wearable defibrillator system in Joplin, MO. This is a paid‑per‑fitting position."
