Responsibilities

• Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
• Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
• Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
• Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
• Other duties as requested

Requirements

High school graduation or equivalent AND one year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education/experience. Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements such as a license, certification, and/or registration.

Pay

Pay range: $24.30 – $35.35 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week), day shift Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, on‑site (no telework). Position is regular, represented by SEIU 1199NW.
