About the role

The Specialty Clinic Admitting Representative provides admitting and clerical support to the Specialty Clinic. Coordinates the scheduling of clinic patients and ensures that data relevant to the registration process is obtained and documented.

Responsibilities

• Provides admitting and clerical support to the Specialty Clinic.
• Captures and documents patient data relevant to the registration process.
• Schedules clinic patients.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of Business office experience preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Experience working with Microsoft Windows.

Qualifications

Additional Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
