Patient Services Specialist (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Answer patient phone calls and clinical inquiries via the multi-line telephone system
• Monitor and review incoming appointments and payments from the online system
• Provide exceptional patient service and support through live chat
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Participate in departmental activities such as potlucks and team-building events

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Desire for a meaningful, fulfilling career
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Effective communication skills
