About the role

TEKsystems is seeking Patient Service Specialists in the Columbus, OH area. Applicants must have at least 1+ years of Front Desk/Customer Service or healthcare experience. Excellent customer service and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Process patient registrations and payments
  • Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff
  • Ensure smooth operation of the front desk

Requirements

  • At least 1+ years of Front Desk/Customer Service or healthcare experience
  • Excellent customer service and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay and Schedule

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
