About the role

One Revenue Cycle (ORC) supports Providence Health & Services' ministries and operations across various regions. The goal is to deliver the core strategy, One Ministry Committed to Excellence, enhancing the patient care experience through robust services, operational support, and specialized expertise.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service and healthcare registration
Gain coursework/training in medical terminology or medical assistance
Obtain National Certification of CHAA and Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)
Develop registrar and third-party payor experience

Requirements

H.S. Diploma or GED
One year of customer service or healthcare registration

Preferred Qualifications

Some college-level coursework, particularly in Medical Terminology or Medical Assistance

Pay and Schedule

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
