Patient Services Representative/Lawton Chiles

We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to support our growing operations in Bradenton, FL, with a shift from 11 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, greeting them with a smile, checking them in for appointments, scheduling follow-ups, and answering calls to manage appointments and inquiries about our services and hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally as the first point of contact.
• Check in patients for appointments and schedule follow-up visits.
• Answer phone calls to schedule appointments, including same-day and future visits.
• Respond to patient questions about services, hours, and other inquiries.
• Provide a caring, compassionate, and informative experience for all patients.
• Support smooth front office operations, including time-of-service collections, pre-visit verification and confirmation, and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) programs proficiently to fulfill responsibilities.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
• Healthcare experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with EHR programs and procedures.
