Our Patient Services Representatives are the trusted human touchpoint between patients, providers, and payers, ensuring no one gets lost in the system. Role & Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through appointment scheduling, insurance eligibility, billing inquiries, and care coordination.Resolve issues related to patient records, referrals, prescriptions, and medical documentation with empathy and precision.Use CRM and EHR platforms to update patient information, track communication history, and flag urgent needs to clinical teams.Collaborate with care coordinators and billing specialists to ensure accurate service delivery and reduce patient friction.Document all patient interactions clearly and comply with HIPAA and company privacy protocols without exception.Continuously improve patient experience by identifying recurring pain points and recommending process enhancements.
