Primary Responsibilities
- Expertly answer multiple-line telephone with a consistently amazing attitude
- Schedule/book new patient appointments promptly
- Schedule/book follow up patient appointments
- Take messages accurately and ensure follow through
- Provide superior customer service
- Routinely route electronic faxes to the correct team member
- May confirm insurance benefits and deductibles
- May use electronic medical records
- May fax, copy, and stock as needed
- May assist the doctors and office medical staff with various duties
