About the role

Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a PRN (as needed) position in their clinic for a Patient Services Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for patients receiving care from their provider.
• Manage all aspects of patients' medical records.
• Provide support functions for the assigned provider.
• Perform duties in a calm and pleasant manner, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work mostly Monday-Friday daytime hours, with some night and weekend rotation.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in a customer service setting.
• Mandatory Reporter training certificate is a plus; certification is required as an employee.
