About the role

As a Patient Services Representative - Dental, you will provide a variety of clerical and office support services including reception, answering phones, scheduling appointments, arranging interpreters for services needed, registering patients, assisting with insurance, sliding fee, pre-authorization applications, processing requests for records, referrals, and other general office duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year experience as a receptionist in a dental office setting
  • Bilingual (English and a second language) preferred
